Happy New Year – On behalf of the Custodes Pacis Executive Board, we would like to wish all of our lodge members and their families a happy and healthy New Year.

Adult and Children’s Christmas Parties were a great success. Thanks to everyone who’s contributions and efforts continue to make these two great events happen.

Upcoming Elections – Elections for positions for the 2007-2009 Custodes Pacis Executive Board are now open. Elections will be held in March. Nominations of officers will be held in February. Anyone wishing to run for any of the positions may submit his or her name at the February 5 meeting or contact President Joe Spera.

April Lottery tickets will be available at the February 5th meeting. Please contact Pete Lavini to reserve your numbers.

2007 Scholarship Information – 2007 College and High School Scholarship information is now available. Please contact Scholarship Chairman Pete Lavini or request an application on our website at http://www.custodespacis.org. Both the Dante Commission and our Lodge require the student to have a ‘B’ average. To qualify for the Dante Scholarship, the applicant or the applicant’s parent must be a member of the Order for two years. To apply for the Custodes Pacis Scholarship, the applicant or applicant’s parent must be a member of the Lodge for three years. The NLGC Scholarship requires a $25 application fee. Ethnic Banquets & Other Events - The following organizations will be holding their 2007 banquets / events. The Lodge will purchase up to ten (10) tickets if members express interest and the charge to members is half price. Please contact Joe Spera at to reserve tickets:

DROP PARTICIPANTS - Annual DROP participants and those planning to retire please don’t let your membership with Custodes Pacis lapse. Please fill out a Retired Pension Payroll Deduction card prior to retiring. You can obtain a card by contacting Maurizio DeLisi.
